3Nile
How it works

From deed photo to protected record in minutes

1

Create your account

Sign up and tell us where you are and where your property is. Every account is reviewed before it's fully activated.

2

Upload your deed or sketch

Snap a photo or upload a PDF of your deed and survey plat — our AI reads it and pre-fills the details for you to review.

3

We plot your parcel

Boundary courses from your deed are converted into an exact parcel outline, plotted from a documented reference point — never a guessed pin.

4

Request a 3Nile Stamp

Have your ownership record independently cross-checked by our team and receive a verified stamp visible on your public record.

Why 3Nile

Built for owners who can't just drive by and check

Privacy by design

The public only ever sees a reference code — never your name, your documents, or anything that identifies you as the owner.

Document integrity

Every file you upload is SHA-256 hashed the moment it lands, so any later substitution or tampering is detectable.

Made for the diaspora

No need to travel, drag a map pin, or guess coordinates — everything is entered from documented sources you already have.

Independent verification

The 3Nile Stamp means someone actually checked your record against real sources — not just a self-reported entry.

What's public

Only a reference code and the basics — nothing that identifies you

Anyone can look up a 3Nile reference code and see this much — and not one bit more:

  • The reference code and county/locality
  • Approximate acreage and parcel shape
  • Whether it carries a 3Nile Stamp

Owner names, documents, and exact identity are visible only to the verified account owner.
